I really enjoyed the location being accessible to local trains. The rooms were clean, large and so spacious with lots of light.

The bed was comfortable but it was low to the ground- didn’t know that and little difficult for us to get in and out of the bed. We have bad knees. Wish we knew that

Love the location and style of the place. Unfortunately the rooftop area was closed due to refurbishment works so we missed on the great views that the hotel could have offered.

Beautiful hotel, great location with many restaurants, bars, park, stores… pool was not open and roof bar was under construction. Room was small but comfortable.

The front staff and everyone was fantastic. Location is very convenient. Only ask is in the shower, even with the bath mat, the water leaks a little. Breakfast could have more items, pretty light.

Great location, helpful staff, and a functional room set up. The staff were friendly and attentive and they were warm in their communication with all the guests from what I observed. The bed and desk were really comfortable and the TV with direct Netflix very handy. My only concerns were that the there was a sink in my bathroom that leaked into the floor when you used it, which worried me a bit and nowhere to hook the bath towels adequately when you showered. Breakfast was rather minimal and for some reason I recalled that as one of the selling points. That said, fantastic options nearby if you plan your timing. I would definitely return.

I was truly impressed by the warmth and support of the staff—they made me feel welcome and seemed to genuinely care that I was happy. The complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, and snacks available in the lobby at all times was a nice touch. My room exceeded expectations—bright, spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. I even had enough room to do yoga! A fantastic stay from start to finish.

Fantastic neighbourhood! So many shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. Also loved the proximity to the L train. It was super easy to get to and from Manhattan.
